Let’s add some colour to your porridge (or oatmeal, if you like) and make this breakfast beauty. 💓🥣
Porridge:
1 cup of oats
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 scoop of the protein powder of your choice or hemp seeds
1 banana
1 dragon fruit (peeled, cut in half and diced. The other half is for the topping)
A splash of water (to help blend all ingredients together)
Toppings:
Blueberries
Half of the dragon fruit/pitaya (diced)
Desiccated coconut
Peanut butter
Nuts and seeds mix

1. Add the oats, chia seeds, protein powder (or hemp seeds), banana, half of the dragon fruit and water to a blender, and blend until smooth
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings
